Pergamano Patterns or Magazines

The six cards in this magazine are designed and created by registered Pergamano® teacher Pat Hosking. Each card illustrates a unique and beautiful landscape, painted with perga colours to create a special water-colour effect. Pat Hosking makes the paint work as easy as possible, without the need to learn special painting techniques.

Mary G. Kerr has created flower and heart designs in a unique collection of cards which combine white work with colour. The designs can be worked in various ways.

Sara Keen has used a painting technique on the cards in which she works with perga liners and dorso oil. You will find three flower cards and three fruit cards.

White work has always been and still is favourite among the Pergamano® crafters. Five diverse white work cards and a fan are displayed in this new magazine and are suitable for both beginners and advanced parchment crafters.

This magazine by Waltraud Gessner contains six beautiful Christmas projects, which use several grids in the Pergamano product line such as: · Grid fine mesh · Grid regular mesh · Grid diagonal · Grid straight Four out of six patterns are cards and the remaining two patterns are Christmas pendants, which are very pretty for decorating your Christmas tree. In her designs for these cards, Siri-Anong was inspired by traditional Thai culture. This resulted in 6 patterns for cards with wonderful embossing and perforating work. The use of tinta gold in a number of pieces emphasises this.

Daniëlle Benz stood together with Waltraud Gessner at the cradle-side of the diagonal grid. Therefore we thought it was logical to ask Daniëlle to create a magazine about this already very popular tool. All the creations have a religious hint. Examples are: A card with beautiful church windows, a card with a star and several cards with a cross. It is a challenge for everyone who loves this craft. Especially the cards that are made with multi-layered coloured fantasy parchment paper.

Gerti Hofmann shows you the fact that Pergamano can be extremely well combined with embroidery, in this new magazine. An embroidered motif forms the eye-catching design of each card. The shiny embroidery threads make these cards a little bit extra special. Certainly not too flashy, but beautifully balanced with the colours of the parchment paper with which they are combined. In this magazine well-known Pergamano® teacher Mieke Sprenger shows us what is possibilities are all possible with the self-adhesive templates. There are templates used for embossing work but also for painting with perga liners and the perga colors. A real challenge for everyone who wants to push the template to its’ fullest potential.

Just as Christmas and births, weddings are a big theme with card makers. Well-known Pergamano® teacher Pauline van Bijleveld created 6 cards for this occasion. The cards are to be used to congratulate those getting married, or used as invitations to the wedding itself.

Six fantastic Christmas patterns, which have all been made with the new, embossing and perforating diagonal grid. It gives a wonderful impression of what u can do with this grid. The creations of this magazine are made by the well-known Pergamano® teacher Daniëlle Benz and the co-ordinator of Germany Waltraud Gessner. The last mentioned person is part of the base in creating the new grid.

Flower patterns are always favourites among many, and it is also certain that the designs from this magazine will fall tastefully to those. The creations are made by Hiskia Wittenaar, who was also responsible for the M55. To enhance the painted flowers even more, beautiful white-work has been chosen to surround them.

The fact that lovely painting can be done with tinta pastel is confirmed by the pieces in this magazine, all designed by Martha Ospina. She did the pieces using the unusual one stroke technique. She explains this technique, along with detailed instructions and photo’s depicting the super sharp detail of this skill. Especially for this technique we developed the new Perga brushes.

discovery from the Perga Doe Days in 2004 is ‘Haute Couture’ in parchment paper, displayed there by Pergamano® teachers from Belgium. This magazine contains four patterns of ladies in dazzlingly beautiful gowns. To make the pieces complete, the magazine also includes two patterns for a decorative border. Each can be done in two different ways.

During the Perga Doe Days in 2004, June Owen’s stand was very busy. This registered Pergamano® teacher from England is known for her amazing white-working pieces incorporating many 3-D elements. Her magazine is filled to the brim with her characteristic style. There is a total of five classic pieces in the magazine, as well as patterns for the 3-D elements to be used.

The members gallery on our website led us to contact Hiskia Wittenaar. This very enthusiastic Parchment Crafter aficionado makes gorgeous pieces, many of which she has designed herself. Her pieces are very original and exceptionally high quality, which is why we asked her to make this magazine with us. The result was six patterns, all inspired by nature. For example, there are beautifully painted flowers and butterflies, framed in suitable perforations and white-working.

The magazine M20 Flowers in Parchment, is a magazine in which six flower patterns and five leaf patterns are shown. It is possible to make natural flowers of parchment paper with the help of the patterns, working descriptions and colour pictures.
