112307/1005 Holly Weaving and Embossing Stencil Ref: 112307/1005c Lay the Tissu-template on the front of the card and secure in place with low tack sticky tape. Place the work onto a cutting mat and cut the woven pattern (the 3mm or 5mm slots) through the template and into the paper with a sharp craft knife. Lay the card, with the template still in place, onto a light box (with the Tissu-template directly on the light box.) Emboss the designs between the woven pattern with the embossing tool and carefully remove the template. Weave a Tissu strip or a ribbon through the cut slots. Applying consistent downward pressure, carefully outline the pattern of the stencil using the large ball of the embossing tool. Next, use the small ball, increase the pressure and trace until the desired look is achieved. To make the embossing tool glide easily, rub the area to be embossed with a wax light (Pergamano Perga Soft) or wax paper.
