The sweet little birds on this vellum are painted by Hiskia Wittenaar. The area around the birds provides sufficient room for embossing and perforating work. Besides this, the designs are copied several times so that 3-D versions are possible. The vellum is arranged so that it is easy to acquire 4 cover sheets, or 2 cards, able to be made out of 1 sheet. Perga-Glue is a kind of glue that was especially developed to use on parchment paper. Particularly b9xes like in magazine M34 and true-to-nature flowers can be put together quickly and efficiently with this glue. It is also very suitable for gluing the punched parts from a passe-partout card on parchment paper. The glue dries transparent and is therefore hardly visible. It is sold in a special bottle (20ml) with an extra fine measuring nozzle. This makes it easier to spread the glue across the surface.
